Practical help for everyday life
From settling into a new country to getting a ride to the doctor, we're here to help you and your family feel supported, connected and confident.
Settlement Assistance
Moving to a new country is a big step. We help new immigrants and newcomers to Canada settle into life in Regina with confidence.
We can help you understand how things work here, find the programs and services you're eligible for, and feel more at home in your new community.
We do not provide legal or immigration advice. If you need help with an immigration application or legal matter, we can help connect you with a licensed professional or a trusted agency.

Community Outreach
Many people who could use support don't know where to find it, or don't feel comfortable asking. Our outreach brings help closer to home.
We connect with seniors, newcomers and families across the city, share information about what's available, and make sure people know they have somewhere to turn.
How we can help
- Reaching out to people who are isolated or new to the community
- Sharing clear, easy-to-understand information about local supports
- Community gatherings and information sessions
- Working with community groups, faith communities and agencies to reach more people
Transportation Assistance
Getting to appointments and errands shouldn't be a barrier. We help seniors and individuals in need get where they need to go.
Whether it's a medical appointment, a trip for groceries or a visit to a government office, we work to help you get there safely.
Please book as early as you can. Rides depend on volunteer availability. When you contact us, let us know the date, time and address of your appointment and any mobility needs.
Where we can help you go

- Grocery stores, pharmacies and banks
- Government and service offices
- Community programs and support services

We help you figure out what's available, connect with the right service, and take the next step, whether that's making a phone call, filling out a form or booking an appointment.
We can help you find
- Food programs and community meals
- Housing and shelter resources

Not sure which service you need?
That's completely okay. Tell us what's happening and we'll help you figure out the best next step.
Social Support
Sometimes what helps most is a friendly voice and someone who listens.
Loneliness and stress can affect anyone, especially seniors living alone, newcomers far from family, and people going through hard times. We offer caring support so no one has to face difficult moments alone.
